The Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum
Welcoming more than 8 million visitors a year, The Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum (NASM) is one of the most popular museums in the United States, showcasing the history and technology of aviation and space exploration. The museum consists of two locations: the National Air and Space Museum on the National Mall, Washington, D.C., and the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia.

I worked with NASM to plan and design a wall display in Dulles International Airport to promote the two museums, which are only a short drive from the airport. Taking into consideration the established brand guidelines, and the limitations of the physical space, this project provided a unique challenge of catching the eye of busy travellers walking past the display. Using the iconic aviation symbols from historic aircrafts, as well as popular artifacts on display at the museums, this bright and three-dimensional display will catch the attention of passengers, while the two digital screens showcase current events at the museums.

Apollo 50 Festival
The Apollo 50 Festival celebrated the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing, and took place outside on the National Mall. The festival was host to an array of space-themed experiences from exhibitors like NASA, Boeing, Raytheon, The LEGO Group, and PBS's Ready Jet Go!

I supported several aspects of the festival, including signage and wayfinding materials and digital advertising.
